Solar Cell Guest Lecture

We had some guest speakers from Washington State University (Riley Rex and Victor – PhD grad students in Chemistry) come and teach the students about solar energy. Some of the research they are involved in is investigating different vegetable juices (beets in this case) as a means to create cheaper solar energy that is more accessible. We were able to build some in the classroom today.
